Introductions
Hello, I'm Thibaut Princelle.
I'm a Space Design student with a passion for design in the theme park, scenography and entertainment sectors.
I have a Baccalauréat in Applied Arts from the Lycée Le Corbusier in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, in my native Alsace. These apprenticeships enabled me to develop my passions, my creative technique, my approaches to implementation and my culture in the fields of Design.
Today, I'm studying for a Diplôme National des Métiers d'Art et du Design (National Diploma of Art and Design) with a specialization in Space, Scenarios of Architecture and Constructed Spaces. This training enables me to approach the built space, the building, its materials, the physical and psychological perception of space, as well as the relationship between territory and spatial scale. The aim is to script and set a narrative in space and image, whether fictional, reflective or linked to the image that a place or institution wishes to convey. The aim is also to respond as effectively as possible to the needs of the user in the space.
Sensitive to the issues of immersion and improving what already exists, I'm keen to offer rich experiences, discovering cultures, lulled by stories and magic, that arouse emotions.
I love the principle of the visitor who sees himself maintaining his culture, being an actor in history and being sensitive to the atmosphere he is offered. To give the gift of democratized art to everyone, whatever their personality. In short, to transmit the designer's enthusiasm to the recipient.
My professional experience is currently based on internships with architecture, urban planning and space design companies. My geographical location gives me a good command of German and English.
Enthusiasm as direction
Ola is by definition a sign of enthusiasm. A work bearing this insignia shows my particular interest in it.
Creation as self-learning
Small handicrafts such as Global Design reference studies, facade elevations, wood engraving, soap carving, instruction manuals, theme posters, scale models...
All this may not be a complete success, but it's certainly one of the main responsibilities inherent in enthusiasm: to experiment. This means firmly believing that each experience brings its own set of skills and feeds that special aspect called "interest", which never stops growing. The key is to remain as open as possible to discovery, to inexperienced practices, to little-known techniques.
All this helps me to improve the results of complex creations.
Passion as the driving force
Passion is the birthplace of enthusiasm.
As a child, I had a strong interest in the world of French railways, and in the various means of transport. You could say that from the very beginning, there was an attraction for twisted rails and the desire to transport people.
During my annual visits to Europa-Park, the park on the French-German border renowned for the breadth of its offerings, my love for theme parks and leisure took root. The discovery of the Voletarium attraction in 2017 triggered my interest in Theme Park Design and storytelling.
Today, true to my passion, I continue to explore Europa-Park, a constant source of inspiration. My desire to visit other theme parks grows constantly, each visit promising a new adventure in the world of entertainment. Over time, my passion has evolved into a constant exploration of theme parks and Theme Park Design, a never-ending journey feeding my passion.

Exploration as inspiration
Mon terrain de jeu s'étend du Theme Park Design au Design d'Espaces, de l'aménagement My playground ranges from Theme Park Design to Space Design, from interior design to an architectural approach imbued with visual sensibility and culture.
At present, my explorations are mainly concentrated in Europe. Although my initial interest lies in theme parks, I'm equally enthusiastic about visiting cities. Every street, every building becomes a source of inspiration, an element that fuels my creativity. Strolling through the narrow streets and bustling squares, I'm captivated by the variety of architecture and the depth of local traditions. Each city becomes an open-air design laboratory, from which I draw ideas for my current and future projects. Cultural differences, architectural details and artistic nuances all contribute to broadening my vision of design.
Although theme parks remain at the heart of my passion, city travel has always held a special place in my creative process. Each new destination is a unique source of inspiration, a palette of colors and shapes that influence my creations, opinions, and forge my visual culture.
The photos I capture are not simply memories, but fragments of inspiration. Whether it's a facade steeped in history, a contemporary mural or the particular light of a square, each image becomes a visual resource for my future projects.
In this way, my career path is woven through my explorations, creating an intimate connection between my experiences, my work and my professional project. Every city visited becomes a school, every detail observed a lesson, and every photo taken a flash of creativity in my creative universe.
